We are hiring for Cold Callers and Lead Generators for IT Sales (US & Canada Market).

Relevant Experience required : Minimum 6 Months+
Vacancies : 5 positions.
Work Location :Chennai, TamilNadu.
Work Timings : 06:30 pm to 03:30 am (Fixed Shift Timings).


1) Candidate comfortable working in 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM shift timings, SHOULD ONLY APPLY.

Job description:
o Responsible to promote IT Products and Services in USA and Canada Market.
o Identify and make contact with potential clients, recognize and identify their requirements and accordingly pitch products to them.
o Proficiently use of search engines and business databases and other web business directories and identify contacts and leads.
You are responsible for all of the below steps:

1. Cold Calling.
2. Appointment Generation with Decision Makers (CEO's/CTOs).
3. Phone presentation.
4. Qualified Lead Generation.
5. Generate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
o Experience in developing a lead pipeline from the ground up including cold calling, building new accounts and increasing sales in existing accounts.
o To cultivate, build and manage relationships with Decision-makers and Project Sponsors.
o Maintain all customer interactions through the CRM System.
Desired Candidate Profile:

o Must have minimum 6 months + experience in Cold Calling and Lead Generation for US and Canada Market.
o Should be aware of sales cycle in US and European geographies.
o Excellent lead qualification and lead generation skills to discover opportunities for sales follow up.
o Must have Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written). Accent neutralization for international market would be a plus.
o Must have excellent telephone presence with demonstrated skills including the ability to engage in meaningful conversations with and to make remote presentations to all levels of management and technical professionals.
o Looking for individuals with good persuasive skills and who have passion for Sales.
o Must be a self-starter, Target Oriented and self-motivated individual who works well under pressure.
o Understanding of Web Technologies, SEO, Digital Marketing. offshore software services model will be a plus.
